Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit loan closing packages for various loan types, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Review and verify closing documents and final statements for completeness and compliance
Communicate with internal and external partners to facilitate timely loan closings

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; preferred coursework in Business, Finance/Accounting, or Legal
Five or more years of experience in closing various loan types, with three years in FHA, VA, and USDA loans
Expert knowledge of mortgage lending processes and regulatory requirements
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
