Key Responsibilities

Manage approximately 400 lease records, including rent payment processing and variant report reviews
Handle relationships between landlords and tenants, addressing queries and tracking security deposits
Collaborate with the financial analyst team for OpEx tracking and verify payment logs



Required Qualifications

2 - 3 years of experience in lease administration
High School Diploma or GED
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
