A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Specialist to administer and report on 401(k) plans.



Key Responsibilities

Work with clients to gather necessary information for annual reporting
Review client-submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
Prepare required 401(k) plan government filings, including IRS Form 5500


Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age
Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and IRS/DOL Regulations is preferred
Adequate math and analytical skills
