A company is looking for a Pharmacy Support Specialist to support the Ambulatory Clinical pharmacy team through patient outreach and coordination.



Key Responsibilities

Perform outbound telephonic outreach to patients and manage incoming patient inquiries
Document triage data and provide reports using Microsoft Excel and Epic
Schedule appointments and assist clinical pharmacists with clerical support


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Medical Assistant, LPN, Pharmacy Technician, or other community health worker certification (required)
Vocational/Technical Degree (required); Associate Degree (preferred)
2 years of healthcare experience, including familiarity with healthcare systems and data analysis
Certification in Excel or other data tools (preferred)
