Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve the baseline forecast and demand plan
Evaluate forecast accuracy and coordinate cross-functional activities to reconcile variances
Prepare and release the consensus demand plan to support inventory planning and decision-making


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years of experience
Strong understanding of Sales and Operations Planning
