A company is looking for an Account Manager Assistant to support the Operations Team with administrative and clerical tasks.



Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Account Executives and the Price Transparency/No Surprises Act Team
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and address correspondence on behalf of the team
Assist in maintaining client information in the Customer Relationship Management system and support external client audits


Required Qualifications

Strong technical skills with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or administrative roles
Basic knowledge of CMS regulations regarding Price Transparency and the No Surprise Act
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector
