Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret patient care notes for prior authorization and care plan recommendations
Develop clinical protocols to enhance patient adherence and promote evidence-based care
Monitor patient adherence and evaluate therapies for medication-related issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree
Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Oregon
1+ years of experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of complex/chronic disease states and therapies in specialty pharmacy
