Key Responsibilities

Manage client expectations and maintain relationships to drive customer satisfaction
Oversee the creation and management of standards and processes for the Client Services team
Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Client Service team and other departments


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years' experience in a Client Services setting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
