Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Item Processing Representative position in West Palm Beach, FL. As an Item processing Representative you will be responsible for processing paperwork received from other units to ensure accuracy and completeness according to procedures; escalating inconsistencies and unusual issues to lead or supervisory staff for instruction or resolution; submitting completed work to lead or supervisory staff for review. Responsibilities for this Item Processing Representative position include:



*Tasks are performed within well-defined and established policy and procedures and often include filing, sorting, listing, or verifying basic information.



*Tasks that require action outside of standard procedure are reviewed with lead or supervisory staff for approval and instructions.



*Processes paperwork received from other units to ensure accuracy and completeness according to procedures.



*Escalates inconsistencies and unusual issues to lead or supervisory staff for instruction or resolution.



*Submits completed work to lead or supervisory staff for review and verification.



*Files completed work according to well-defined, established policy and procedures.



*Makes routine entries into processing and tracking systems related to paperwork, deposits, and information processed







Qualifications:



*High School Diploma or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required.



*Up to 6 months financial services/office experience required.



*Demonstrated attention to detail.



*Consistently follow guidelines and procedures in performance of duties.



*The ability to communicate clearly is also required.



*1 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Products







This is a part time position Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
