Answer phones, distribute calls

Distribute faxes in the AM

Filing, data entry, etc.



Sales Activates

Administrate New Machine Order Documents

Support Direct Sales Staff

Coordinate Order Activities with Corporate office

Accept / Enter Spare Part orders (Phone, Fax, Email, eStore)



Marketing Activities

Literature Packs, Media Kits

Direct Mail Support

Lead Book Entry (trade shows, web site, call-ins)

Update Goldmine (Lead database)

Trade Show Support (lit and black box)

Schedule Trainings

Travel Requests
