We are looking for a hands-on Acquisition Channels Lead to generate warm, qualified leads and source, manage, and deepen existing relationships with one-to-many indirect channels (such as indirect acquisition channel providers and associations). This role is pivotal in leveraging these partnerships to drive traffic to our Self Sign-Up page, ultimately reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC) and increasing the rate of gym sign-ups. You will also be supporting in the development of partnerships that create improved user experiences.YOUR IMPACT - Leading this initiative will require a detail-orientated, proactive, and consultative approach. Success will be measured by:
- Lead Generation and Conversion Efficiency
- Increase the number of warm and qualified leads generated through indirect acquisition channels.
- Improve conversion rates of these leads into launches via the Self Sign-Up (SSU) page, ensuring leads are of high quality and likely to convert at a higher rate.
- Cost Effectiveness
- Achieve a lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through launching via Self Sign-Up compared to direct sales, demonstrating the cost-effectiveness of these indirect channels.
- Measure the Return on Investment (ROI) for financial incentives and referral programs to ensure they effectively drive lead generation and conversion at an optimal cost.
- Partnership Development and Operational Efficiency
- Expand and deepen partnerships with indirect acquisition channel providers, enhancing the number and quality of partnerships.
- Streamline the integration process of leads from indirect channels into SSU, reducing bottlenecks and improving operational efficiency.
- Maintain high partner satisfaction and retention rates through effective relationship management and regular performance feedback.
