Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with account teams to provide technical support and coverage

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
Experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer
Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies is a plus
Understanding of key IT domains, particularly Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search
