Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Case Managers and Care Coordinators, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operational tasks
Process assigned tasks within the medical management system and manage meetings using Outlook
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, related to care coordination or case management inquiries


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or G.E.D
2+ years of experience in a medical office, health insurance, or managed care organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work across multiple software programs
