Key Responsibilities:

Partner with management to develop and implement HR processes supporting strategic business growth
Provide performance management guidance and develop people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness
Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with legal requirements


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
