• Layout of RF, analog, & mixed-signal integrated circuits for SoC products serving automotive, industrial, and consumer applications.
• Chip level and block level floor planning and concept realization of highly integrated RF/analog/digital designs.
• Top level and block level layout designs including circuit and layout verification checks (LVS, DRC, ERC).
• Full analog layout design and layout size optimization of CMOS circuits in 40nm and smaller nodes.
• Interface and collaboration with analog and digital engineers in US and Europe.
• Responsible for tape out process and database management/documentation/archiving.Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree. BS in Engineering is preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Background in analog IC fundamentals and experience with integrated analog and mixed-signal circuit layouts.
  • Understanding of advanced CMOS semiconductor process technology and manufacturing flow (bulk and SOI).
  • Knowledge of digital physical design flows and techniques preferred.
  • Experience with CAD layout and verification tools such as Cadence Virtuoso/PVS and Mentor Graphics Calibre suites.
  • PDK modification and Python/Tcl/SKILL scripting for design and CAD applications to support layout flows are a plus.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
