About us: Holland Pump: Field technician / CDL at Holland Pump will exercising safe driving habits with care and regard for others and the company vehicle. The position requires mechanical ability and physical stamina while maintaining good sense and safe judgment as well as having the ability to communicate well to our customers upon a service call, delivery or pick-up. The position also requires that the individual is flexible in nature as the daily task assignments can change often. The position requires a daily work schedule that can occasionally lead to long days with overtime necessary to complete the tasks at hand. Specific duties may include:Treating customers in a friendly and professional mannerAdhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives preciselyObeying all regulatory agency and company safety directivesCompleting a thorough load check on your truck before leaving branch, ensuring that all delivery materials are firmly secured, and all parts of your truck are in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulationsObeying all traffic laws and weight limitsCompleting and filing all logs and required government paperwork in a precise and timely mannerResponsibilities may include warehouse work, including loading and unloading of materials on to or off trucks or into warehouse as assignedThis position require a CDLThis position does not require over the road travel(this is not just driving but offloading and loading)Specific qualifications include:Valid Driver's LicenseThe ability to lift 75lbs consistentlyPre-employment drug screen and random drug screens are requiredAbility to stand, bend, climb, twist, and reach throughout complete shiftMedical cardDelivery Benefits Include:Holland Pump offers a competitive salary and benefits package to include Medical/Dental Insurance, 401(k) with Match, Paid PTO/Holidays, Life Insurance, Short-Term/ Long-Term Disability Insurance and Uniforms.
