Key Responsibilities

Engage with individuals over the phone to provide emotional support and crisis intervention
Assess risk, document interactions, and provide resources and referrals as needed
Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace to ensure confidentiality and focus


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
Minimum of 1 year direct experience in Behavioral Health or Social Services
Strong background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
