Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the FMLA Claims team, including delegating tasks and managing performance evaluations
Collaborate with internal resources to develop and maintain a high-performing workforce
Implement and monitor performance indicators while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of Claims Management experience
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Experience in absence management or disability management is a plus
