Key Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales support by conducting client discovery, building business requirements, and negotiating scope
Act as a customer advocate, bridging communication between clients and internal teams
Deliver deal strategies and assist in post-sales handover to Implementation and Client Success teams


Required Qualifications

2-3 years of healthcare sales experience and 2-3 years of healthcare product management or related experience, or 5 years of healthcare sales experience
Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with customers
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry
Experience in drafting statements of work and RFP responses
