Key Responsibilities

Create and manage clinician schedules in Athena
Monitor schedules daily and manage patient waiting lists
Adjust schedules and provide cross-coverage for Care Coordinator Team responsibilities


Required Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years as a Clinical Scheduler
At least one (1) year of experience in a digital healthcare company or a dynamic healthcare system
Proficiency in scheduling across multiple time zones
Experience with AthenaHealth is preferred
