Responsibilities:

- Lead Quality Engineering (QE) Team in development and implementation of Software Engineering Testing best practices across multiple business units.

- Lead QE Team using Agile in design, development and deployment of QE productivity and reporting tools and processes.



Required Experience and Skills:

- 6-8 years experience leading complex software related projects.

- Local / able to work FT on-site.

- Expertise with Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban.

- Experience managing hybrid on-shore, near-shore, off-shore teams.

- Expertise with both SDET, in-scrum testing as well as dedicated testing team approaches.

- Strong background in software testing processes and Quality Engineering best practices such: Test Driven Development, Behavioral Driven Development, Test Data Management, etc More...
