Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of legal and compliance initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and Credit Union clients
Identify legal and compliance risks, providing guidance and communicating regulatory standards
Lead third-party contract negotiations and advise on product decisions involving regulatory risks


Required Qualifications

Licensed Attorney in the United States, preferably with in-house experience in SaaS and/or Fintech
Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in SaaS and/or Fintech
Familiarity with regulatory bodies and financial institutions
Experience working with Privacy and AI initiatives
