A company is looking for a Post PTO Success Manager responsible for managing the transfer and buyout processes for Third Party Owned systems.



Key Responsibilities

Develop processes and policies for the transfer and buyout of TPO systems
Execute transfer and buyout tasks with relevant stakeholders and manage customer requests
Coordinate across the organization and third-party vendors for servicing priorities


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in credit operations, customer service, or administrative roles
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs
