A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist.



Key Responsibilities

Assist with vendor reporting, onboarding, and maintain vendor contracts and W9s
Manage global vendors and ensure compliance with service level agreements
Process invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and prepare payment batches


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable processing
Knowledge of sales, use, and VAT tax desired
Experience with Netsuite and Coupa preferred
