Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Bank's Fair Lending Program and oversee related compliance efforts
Conduct fair lending monitoring, testing, and risk assessments, including regulatory reporting
Manage the Fair Lending team and provide compliance guidance to various stakeholders


Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in compliance, audit, legal, or risk management in the banking or financial services industry
3+ years of leadership experience in relevant fields
Strong understanding of fair lending regulations, including HMDA, ECOA/Reg B, and FHA
