Key Responsibilities

Oversee the executive candidate experience from initial interview to employment start date
Manage complex interview scheduling and logistics, including travel and expense reimbursement
Ensure compliance with interview feedback and documentation guidelines while coordinating with HR and Talent Acquisition teams


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of leadership coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience with HR systems preferred
HR policy and program administration experience preferred
