Key Responsibilities

Investigates and confirms facts of loss for automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages
Collaborates with fraud and subrogation teams to achieve optimal outcomes
Handles all aspects of auto claims investigations with discretion and independence


Required Qualifications

4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
2 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
Knowledge of NY PIP laws, particularly regulation 68
Ability to apply understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
