Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships, resolving issues and collaborating with various teams to meet client objectives
Oversee project management, including creating schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of communication materials
Coordinate content management by marking up deliverables and compiling client changes for updates


Required Qualifications

Two to four years of experience in a formal project management role, preferably in employee communication
Exceptional planning, project management, collaboration, and coordination skills
Experience working in workflow tools, such as Monday.com
Proficiency with the Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
