How You Will Make a Difference: As a CAT BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement targeted behavioral interventions for children, adolescents, and families. You will also provide mentorship, training, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support. Key Responsibilities: - Complete behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavior interventions to address identified needs.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and CAT team members.
- Provide caregiver training and empower families with strategies to promote positive behavior change.
- Conduct direct therapy, training, and supervision of Behavior Assistants and RBTs.
- Monitor progress using data collection systems and provide timely updates.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to discharge planning and community resource integration.
- Document interventions, client progress, and service plans accurately and in compliance with best practices.
- Uphold all company, state, and federal guidelines, ensuring exceptional quality of care.
- Maintain communication with families, team members, and community agencies to coordinate services. Qualifications & Requirements:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field. Active BCBA certification. |
