A company is looking for an Ongoing Service Analyst to support their Policy Administration System program.



Key Responsibilities

Monitor, process, and document transactions related to premium receipt, invoicing, delinquencies, and adjustments
Draft legally defensible contracts through the amendment process to mitigate financial risk
Perform in-depth research to support reconciliations and adjustments


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or higher
3 years of experience in premium management, group employee benefits administration, or complex billing administration
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to work remotely and adapt to evolving systems and processes
