Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Leadership, Finance, Operations, and Business Technology teams to optimize cross-functional processes
Own high-impact initiatives from conception to execution, translating business requirements into technical solutions
Implement and maintain KPIs to track the effectiveness of new solutions and drive ongoing improvements



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
3+ years of Finance operations experience in SaaS or similar environments
Experience in creating process maps, writing technical user stories, and conducting user acceptance tests
