A company is looking for a Junior Analyst - Business Communications Specialist (Remote).



Key Responsibilities:

Organize and execute technical tasks for the product team, including developing user manuals and training videos
Assist with backend support of the software solution and support the Analysts team with client onboarding
Generate content for blogs, social media, and customer communications while managing internal reporting


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, with coursework in technical writing
Background in the Office Equipment (Copier / Print) Dealer Channel
Experience with Excel, graphic creation tools, and video editing software is a plus
Ability to commit to occasional travel for industry events or company meetings
