Key Responsibilities

Assess resource needs and propose options for community service providers
Provide resource referrals and educate individuals on utilizing resources for various life and work situations
Document member interactions and conduct research in an inbound and outbound call center environment



Required Qualifications

1+ year of experience educating individuals/families on community resources
1+ year of experience working with elderly and/or adults with disabilities
1+ year of experience in social work, social services, or case management
1+ year of experience conducting resource needs assessments
