Key Responsibilities

Gather and interpret customer needs to facilitate application development
Analyze data and product performance to identify issues and ensure compliance with service level agreements
Develop and maintain reporting solutions, scorecards, and dashboards for performance monitoring


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Care, or equivalent experience
3-6 years of experience in physician revenue cycle management
Intermediate knowledge of relational database management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Access
