Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic technology plans aligned with business strategy
Oversee the development lifecycle of products to meet customer needs and achieve desired outcomes
Lead change management initiatives and build a high-performance team


Required Qualifications

15+ years of operational experience, including leadership in managed care or provider spaces
Experience with multi-site EMR implementation and scaling of AI, LLM, and RPA solutions
Strong understanding of budgets and financial responsibilities
