Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute fundraising strategies to grow the PAC, including planning and event execution
Design and oversee fundraising campaigns and outreach to engage PAC-eligible associates
Analyze fundraising performance data to refine strategies and create recognition programs for donor retention


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
5-7 years of relevant professional fundraising experience
Experience in developing and executing fundraising plans with measurable goals
