Key Responsibilities

Administer and adjust Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other leave policies according to guidelines
Handle a high volume of incoming calls and provide efficient follow-up on leave requests
Maintain accurate documentation of leaves and ensure professional communication with customers


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Degree or equivalent required
1-3 years of customer service experience required
Call center experience preferred
Experience in employee benefits administration or FMLA administration is a plus
