A company is looking for a Principal Compensation Consultant who will enhance compensation programs and ensure market competitiveness.



Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive compensation consulting services to various business units
Develop complex restructuring plans and job architecture to ensure market competitiveness
Lead the design and development of new compensation structures and maintain existing pay programs


Required Qualifications

BA/BS degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in compensation, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry or hospital environment
Strong understanding of Physician Compensation and labor relations in a hospital environment
CCP certification preferred
