Our Cumming office services home health patients in their private homes and assisted living facilities throughout Cherokee and Forsyth Counties as well as Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Buford, Sugar Hill, and Lawrenceville/Gwinnett. Again, you can pick your work schedule and service area. The only LPN requirement for this position is a GA LPN licenses and the desire to work in a home health setting. You bring the passion for home health, and we will supply the rest! Not necessarily looking for a full-time opportunity?
