Job Summary We are seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team at a clinic. In this role, you will diagnose and treat both acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate and counsel patients about their health. You will work alongside physicians, RN Case Managers, and clinic staff to provide high-quality care to our patients. Essential Job Functions

Provide care consistent with licensure and/or certification

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

Order and interpret diagnostic tests

Prescribe medications and treatments

Educate and counsel patients

Collaborate with the healthcare team

Perform other related duties as assigned Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills

Graduate degree from PA/NP Program
