Key Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate strategic marketing activities to achieve business operating plans
Lead cross-functional initiatives with various teams to develop growth strategies
Analyze market data and track promotional effectiveness to drive sales and profitability


Required Qualifications

A minimum of eight years of Product, Sales, and/or Marketing experience within the Retail space
Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of key business and financial metrics
Experience in project management and collaboration within complex organizations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP Systems (SAP, BW, Salesforce, etc.)
