  Job Details
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years; 1st Timers are accepted
  • Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics
  • General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: General Diagnoses include ARDS, Sepsis, Stroke, STEMI, DKA, Post-op complications, Cardiogenic shock, GIB, COPD exacerbation, encephalopathy, Liver failure, Drug overdose, ESRD on CRRT
  • Ratio / Census: 1:2-3 (Traveler should be prepared for the possibility of taking a 3rd patient); 24 Rooms with average daily census of 19
  • Unit Systems: Pyxis, Epic, SBAR
  • Scrub Color: Navy Blue
  • Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
    Job Requirements
    • Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIH
    • No Travel Pairs (regardless if one is on another unit)
      Schedule Information
      • Block scheduling is not guaranteed
      • RTO: MAX 7 days
      • Weekends: Every other weekend
      • Floating: Yes, within facility
      • Call Requirements: Not specified
      • Holidays: Work major holidays if they fall within the assignment period
