Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a long-range plan for the legal department
Manage the global contracts team and lead negotiations on customer contracts
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations while providing legal support for business initiatives


Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
8-12 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in software or technology sectors
Strong background in negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements
