Overview The Ultrasound Technologist performs all ultrasound techniques and examinations, abdominal scans, retroperitoneal scans, gynecologic scans, and other anatomic areas as required. He/she provides appropriate age-specific patient care to the following patient populations: infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.Qualifications:A. Education1. Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology2. Meets the requirements for registry by the ARDMSB. Experience1. One year minimum experience in ultrasound preferred2.
