This Logistics/Shipping Clerk Position will receive and process incoming orders for products. Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare items for shipment. Verify and record incoming merchandise or material; and arrange for the transportation of products. Duties include informing customers of receipt, prices, shipping dates, and delays; and handling complaints.



Responsibilities:

?Post, print and get customer payment & signature for will calls

?Call Freight Company and schedule pickups or schedule online

?Print shipping labels, packing and make Bill of Ladings (BOL) for each shipment.

?Handle customer returns using proper process

?Email & call freight company to schedule pick up of the empty container

?Input customer?s orders as needed

?Retrieve freight quotes for shipments

?Coordinate incoming delivery of overseas containers.



Qualifications:

?1 to 2 years experience in a warehouse/office setting

?Proficient in MS Office & good computer skills

?Typing speed 55 wpm
