While the main service area is Marietta, GA, should the need arise, you may have to support a nearby area. -
-We offer a Salary Plus pay model which means, you earn a generous base salary, and should you go over productivity (which is very likely), you will earn additional money on top of your base salary. - While home health experience is preferred, we will gladly and properly train a RN with the heart for home health. - -

  Responsibilities
  
  
  Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan
  Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner
  Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice
  Maintain continuity of patient care in a home care setting
