We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in Roswell, GA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven track record in personal injury litigation, especially in trials. Your responsibilities will involve representing clients throughout the litigation process, from initial consultations to courtroom advocacy.

Responsibilities:
--- Manage communication with clients, witnesses, and insurance adjusters to gather necessary information and investigate cases thoroughly.
--- Oversee and handle an active caseload involving litigation cases effectively.
--- Assess the legal aspects of personal injury claims and offer comprehensive legal guidance to potential clients.
--- Create, draft, and submit legal paperwork such as complaints and discovery documents, conduct detailed legal research, and formulate trial strategies.
--- Provide representation for clients during hearings, mediations, trials, and depositions with confidence and expertise.

Qualifications:
--- Must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a law school accredited by the Georgia State Bar.
--- Required to be licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia and in good standing of the Georgia State Bar.
--- Must have a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in personal injury litigation.
--- Demonstrated trial experience is essential, along with a solid understanding of courtroom procedures.
