Position Summary To assist the Retail Dining Manager (RDM) in recruiting, training and directing of a team of hospitality professionals that ensures service excellence of food and beverage in all outlets within the UGA Center for Continuing Education and Hotel. Responsible for managing elements related to the profit and loss within the outlet operations. Assisting the RDM in the development and management of a service culture that creates a work environment that is focused on the health and safety of guests and employees.
