As the Director of Plant Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical facility, ensuring that all aspects of the facility are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the medical facility, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the facility
- Manage a team of professionals, including maintenance staff, housekeeping staff, and security personnel
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Develop and implement plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the facility's operations
