Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the development and implementation of recruitment and retention strategies
Work in a matrix environment to meet project deliverables on time and within budget
Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to departmental best practices



Required Qualifications and Education:

3-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or CRO environments
Experience in patient recruitment, project leadership, and clinical operations
Educated to degree level in biological science, pharma, or a health-related discipline preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and develop project timelines
